Refund Policy — Blue Hour Audio

Blue Hour Audio · Effective date: July 18, 2026

We want you to be happy with our Software (the Blue Hour Audio plug-ins Blue Melody, Blue Drummer, and Blue Slice, including the Blue Suite). This policy explains our refund terms for subscriptions. It forms part of, and should be read with, our End User License Agreement.

14-day money-back guarantee

Your first payment for a new subscription is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't working out, request a refund within 14 days of that first charge and we'll refund it — no need to justify it.

Cancelling and renewals

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, through the customer portal linked in your receipt/subscription emails. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Renewal charges (the payments after your first) are generally non-refundable once billed, because you can cancel beforehand to avoid them. That said, if something goes wrong — a failed charge you didn't expect, a technical problem we can't resolve — reach out through your Lemon Squeezy receipt and we'll look at it case-by-case.

How refunds are handled

Checkout and billing are operated by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record, so refund requests are handled through Lemon Squeezy, and the refund is issued back to your original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank). To request one within 14 days of your first charge:

  1. open the order confirmation / receipt email Lemon Squeezy sent you when you purchased; and
  2. use its "manage subscription" / order link — or reply to that Lemon Squeezy email — to ask for the refund.

Because Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record, routing your request through them is the quickest way to have it processed. (You won't need to email us for a refund.)

When we can't refund

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer rights you have under the law where you live. In particular, consumers in the EU and UK generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days; for digital content delivered immediately, that right may end once delivery begins if you have consented and acknowledged the loss of the right at checkout. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.
